Last week saw us complete the first full week in school. I feel confident in saying that both staff and students were so happy to be in a new and very positive environment suited for learning.

This week, assessments for year 13 continue. They are all working incredibly hard.However they did find time to meet about planning for their prom, leavers assembly and picnic. More about that next week!

Last week year 12 experienced a virtual UCAS fair. They spent last Wednesday afternoon with headphones and earphones listening to a variety of speakers talking about the virtues of university degrees and apprenticeships. Hopefully this activity is helping them decide on their next steps. To this end, next week Nottingham Trent are coming to the Sixth Form to talk about choosing courses and universities.
