Whilst the summer still seems so far away, we have already entered the final national examination season with orals and practical assessments taking place this week for students in years eleven and thirteen.
It was such a pleasure to meet so many parents at the KS4 curriculum evening last week. Students in year nine need to remember that today is the deadline for option choices. Please ensure you have submitted them!

Congratulations to our KS3 girls' rugby team who played against Alderman White School this week. We continue to develop and extend our sporting opportunities and we are thrilled with the uptake.
A really eventful week with education featuring as a major item in the news and also sporting success, planning with our partner primary schools, looking to next academic year and supporting our examination students.

It has been a cold and icy week and well done to our year eight students who have been undertaking their assessments in the sports hall. They have approached the week with maturity and commitment. Well done to them all.
With discovery day this week, our students had the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in a wide variety of areas, including health matters, CPR, revision skills and action planning.
