We have made it to half-term and again I want to pass on my thanks to all parents as well as our students and staff for a successful return to school.

With our sixth form open evening and year twelve taster day on Thursday, it was really good to be able to look to future plans for our students. With another week back, routines are becoming established and I continue to be pleased with how all of our staff and students have adapted.

It has been a very emotional week! First, greeting our staff for training days after the bank holiday and then on Thursday and Friday bringing four year groups back into school.

Events continue to move quickly and we are very keen to ensure that parents and students have as much information as possible before we reach the end of term so that the summer break can start with confidence for all about next year.
