We literally passed Kimberley off their astro pitch in extremely cold conditions, which saw the midfield triumvirate of Kanye Bradshaw, Thomas Mann and Alfie Upton dominate possession of the ball in a flawless display.

Notts County's young prodigy Alfie Whitehead, playing up a year, scored a brace of goals. Fellow Notts County academy player, Thomas Mann marauded forward like a young Jordan Henderson to finish with ease into the bottom left corner late in the game.

Special mention to Alex Montgomery, Isaac McCleod and Kheone Darby who all played up an age group and all acquitted themselves extremely well in the Arctic like conditions.
