15th March 2019
This week has shown our students being resilient, committed and full of fun.
On Wednesday, we were all ready for the third discovery day of the year. With trips out planned for years seven, eight and nine, it was the weather and storm Gareth that made us have to change plans. We intend to re-run the events later this year - please look out for further announcements on WeDuc.
Our year twelve vocational day still went ahead and I was very proud of how our students responded to the challenge of applying for, preparing for and interviewing for a career opportunity. We had a range of visitors in school from a range of career backgrounds and they wer really pleased with how our students presented themselves.
On Friday, the school marked Comic Relief with a range of events at lunchtime, quizzes in tutor time and a whole range of different costumes. We look forward to this being bigger and better every year.
