20th March 2020

This afternoon at 3.10pm, we will shut our doors. On Monday we will be open for an identified group of children of key workers. When we will open our doors again for a normal school day is at the moment unknown.

Thank you for all the support and thanks that have been given to the school. We have tried our best over the past few weeks and will continue to support students and their families over the weeks and months ahead.

In terms of support and contact, we will be making contact each week by telephone. Please be aware that these calls may be identified as "withheld" as staff may be making them from their own phones. Students should be following the instructions and guidance on our on line portal in order to continue with their learning.

Only students who we have confirmed for in school support should attend school. For those that do, they should attend at normal time and bring PE kit.

I will continue to ensure that we continue to communicate any school developments via the website and WeDuc.

None of us could have imagined that this situation could have happened. I wish you and your families the best and that the time that we can return together as a community can come back in the fullness of time.

**PLEASE NOTE** Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and quality purposes.
