25th September 2020
Last night we welcomed prospective parents and students to our online open evening.
Thank you for everyone who attended and the feedback we have had. Please take the opportunity to explore our website and especially the transition section.
If any parents would like further information or have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact via our transition pages.
We faced a change in the weather this week and so please can parents ensure that students are coming to school in a warm coat. We are getting quicker all the time at getting students into school through the year entrances, but there will inevitably be times when students need to wait and we do not want them to get cold.
Whilst we always make an effort to answer messages and emails as quickly as possible, under the current circumstances I would like to ask that parents are patient. We are planning at present to ensure that all calls or messages are responded to within 48 hours. Thank you for your co-operation with this.
Parents will be aware that the national alert level has been raised with regard to the coronavirus. As a result we are considering the need for all students to be wearing masks during movement time and at breaks and lunch, when passing in close contact with an increased number of students. We plan to implement this from Monday 5th October. We strongly recommend that masks are worn. Students will be reminded before leaving the classroom to put on a mask. Parents should ensure that students leave for school in the morning with the necessary face masks.
Thank you for your continued support of the school.
